Get the right equipment such as an elliptical trainer for low impact workouts, a yoga mat for some yoga movements or just a pair of running shoes for some jogging outdoors. Make sure it is something that you will like to do. To ensure that you will not get bored doing the same routine day after day, it might be better to alternate between, say, running in the park one day and working out on the elliptical trainer the next day.
